Open-source intelligence was built for analysts at workstations, manually cross-referencing across a dozen tools. That was the right design for 2015. It is the wrong shape for the agent era.
Modern investigations and agentic systems plan, query, correlate, and assemble — if the data is in a form they can use. Today, almost none of public-source intelligence is. Datasets are siloed, undocumented, scraped at hobbyist scale, or locked behind enterprise UIs that an agent can’t drive.
useosint is the agent-native OSINT data layer. Movement, social, identity, and breach corpora composited into one queryable surface — addressable from a single prompt, citable per finding, replayable end to end. The same substrate powers production investigations at major newsrooms today, and the next generation of agent benchmarks, RL environments, and intelligence copilots tomorrow.
The next decade of agent intelligence depends on someone owning this data layer. We intend to be it.
